Shakar stood tall in the doorway his arms folded over his chest, as he stated why he'd come, that he was given a psychic message to come to this city, in search of those people in that mansion. His cape flowed as though it were alive, and the jewel at his throat gleamed in the light, in a strange way. He was there for a mission that meant there was a battle to come in the days ahead. Mentor invited him in and made plans to give him a place in the house to sleep, that would give him access, to the team and to the city he was there to protect, and save from a creature that existed only for one thing. The team were all in awe of Shakar, and the air of mystery that surrounded him. Cuda who had only just arrived also had an air of mystery surrounding him, with his bone white skin and his small flying white dragon that seemed to know what he was thinking, at all times. Shakar and Cuda made themselves at home in Mentor's house with his team of kids and teens with apparent super human mutant abilities, all of them were going to be getting a real education with the two supernatural defenders there, in the mansion, and also Darian and Sultan,with their ability to wield the power of the Starcross, even from so many light years away, from their home world in another star system. Everyone settled down for the night, except for Simon working in his lab, Mentor who worked on his armor costume in his private suite of offices. Darian and Sultan were in a deep meditative state communing with the Starcross matrix in a galaxy across the stars. Shakar was deep in trance working on a protection chant that would put an invisible shield all around the mansion, and all that lives inside it. Cuda and his small dragon were walking around in the mansion, to see if there were any enemies within the confines of this huge house, but all seemed safe for the night, and then went to their room near the tower where Lily lived and slept, and did homework as well as looked out the window at the stars at night. She also felt better that the new visitors were in the mansion, the kids all felt better about the new people staying with them. Across the cosmos, many light years away from earth in a star system not known to those on earth where a boy that rode on a large silver scorpion wearing a silver skin tight costume with spiky blonde hair and thigh high boots, wearing a silver visor over his eyes is flying over a galaxy that he just saved from conquering aliens, is now on his way through a galactic wormhole that he found. It will bring this space born boy to this galaxy where he will find earth. Space Child felt some vibration from somewhere deep in his mind to go in search of earth. They had come through the wormhole as they flew at light speed. Once they had come out of the wormhole they weren't far from earth they were passing around the dark side of the moon, and were nearing the earth's gravity well, soon they would enter the earth's upper atmosphere. the observatory caught sight of space Child coming down to earth at a high rate of speed, but they were too fast for any other tracking station to see them. They were landing in that wooded area where the creature roams. This night there's no full moon, so there's no creature roaming through that area, they can move freely in search of Riot Act and the others that are allies to the group, it didn't take long to get through the woods and into the city, barely anyone was out that night as it was late, and they flew the rest of the way to the mansion, where Space Child found a place that his large silver companion could rest, while he went inside the mansion to talk to Mentor, and meet the team of which only a few are still up and working this late at night. Simon was still up and working, but took a short break to meet the new people that had come to the mansion. He had been working on an improved version of he serum injections for Lily, that would sustain her for longer periods of time, in that order, she would be able to be out in the daylight longer, and be able to train outside the confines of the mansion, she had come to love the daylight as much as she enjoyed the night. Simon was meeting the strangers that had come to aid them in the crisis that was soon to come. The Grim Reaper was watching from his netherworld between time and space, as Simon met the strangers Shakar, and Cuda with his little white dragon. Darian and Sultan could sense the power they had at their disposal, They would be a powerful force against the creature all of them, with the rest of the team. Rima 12 had a feeling that these new people were quite powerful, and would be a good addition to the team. Space Child was still in the city, searching for the mansion, he was sensing strong vibrations of power, that came from that location he was searching for, soon he found his way to the mansion, he and his large silver companion landed on the grounds. Being from another star system they were able to bypass the security system that protected the mansion. Inside the house in the briefing rooms, Space Child was seen by Mentor on the monitors, and sent Simon out to greet him. He couldn't believe the size of the huge silver metallic scorpion, that was a living creature even though it was metal, and silver, but he was almost shocked at the appearance of Space Child. In his mind he thought he was a boy being that he was short in height. He took Space Child into the mansion, to meet Mentor, and the others that had come from places far away. All were allies and were there for one reason, to help Mentor and his team defeat the creature that had been wandering through the woods, on those nights when a full moon rose into the night sky. they had their work cut out for them. They all had hope that the creature could be defeated and detained in some way, they had to plan what they would do if, or when they encounter the creature. The full moon was soon to come, as it neared the end of the month, and it would be the wolf moon, a moon, that has an effect on some people, it's an affliction called lunar madness, and it would make the creature more powerful than before, more bloodthirsty and more apt to kill when next the full moon rises. Lily knew the Ascension was to come, that others were to be involved, she was also uneasy about that creature that was in the woods the night she left the museum, making her way to the mansion, she did manage to make it safely there and is now becoming a part of the team, she trained as hard if not harder than all the others, she had more to prove to herself, and to the team. Simon had discovered the formula for the injections, that Lily can use to help her exist in the daylight. She still has to rest for a short time in her room with the blinds drawn so it was dim enough so the sun won't affect her, as she rests. It did help for the first two weeks she was in the mansion, but she did want to train with her teammates, and take classes like a real human girl, the day came when she did the injections for a few days at a time. Simon wanted to try the ultimate test by letting her go out into the sun, to see if the injections had changed her body and blood chemistry. All the team, as well as Mentor were in attendance to see her take her first steps in the daylight, for autumn it was a warm day, and she walked outside slowly. For the first minutes the sun was too bright, and it took her a couple minutes to get used to the brightness of the sun, but the injections seemed to be working and she had her first day outside in the daylight, they were all happy that she saw the sun for the first time in over a century, it made her feel warm and her body warmed in the sun. She still had to see if her powers would work in daylight as well as at night. Mentor decided she should test her powers, and so the tests began. Mentor asked her if she was still able to assume her bat form, and she changed in a matter of seconds, and then went from bat to wolf form almost immediately, and then an in between wolf, human form, she was even able to go into rat form, and back to human form all in record time. She wanted to try her speed and ran 100 yards in a second's time, which was quick for her. her other teammate that could run at supersonic speed was able to run much faster, but dared not try to run too fast, because she feared using her powers for some reason. She feared if she ran too fast she would break through the time barrier, she was careful not to do that. once again Lily went into wolf form and suddenly picked up a scent in the air, it was what she feared, it was the creature she had sensed in the woods the night she ran to the mansion. She changed back to human form and told all of them of the scent she had picked up, it scared her to even think of it, and she told Mentor and Simon what she sensed and how strong the scent was and how close it was to the city. Her fear was there in her eyes. She knew she would one day come face to face with this creature, and have to do battle with it, as the team would also have to do battle with it. There are others that will have to battle this creature, and two of them were on the way to Crown City right at this very moment, one is Shakar, the master sorcerer exorcist, and occultist supreme. the other is Cuda, a dead biker, with powers of the occult of his own, even if he is living dead he was sent to hell when his biker group abandoned him one day at a crossroad that was the gateway to hell, he did outsmart the devil out of a deal for his soul, which gave him the powers of the dark side, that enabled him to rise and ride out of his own grave on a motorcycle of hell's creation. He returned to the world of the living with a face of bone white like a skull, and he was made to do battle with the forces of the supernatural. The Grim Reaper saw to it he had a companion. He gave Cuda a small white dragon that was able to understand him and the dragon could speak to him as well, this dragon was special and could breathe soul fire. the Reaper also gifted him with a blade of amber, with a ruby stone in the hilt, it was his weapon to fight the powers of darkness where ever he was to find it.The bike he rode was super fast faster than his original bike as it was made by the forces of darkness itself, even he and the dragon sensed the creature and the coming of The ascension. Shakar knew of the Ascension coming. he was on the way to Crown City, bur he was going for another mission. It was to exorcise the creature out of the body of the man it possessed. He had to be successful in his mission to extricate the hideous creature from that man's body before it hurt or killed anyone. Lily could almost see the creature in her mind, it had huge long bat wings and six arms like a spider, with a wolf's head and a snake's tail with a forked tongue, the fur and hair of a wolf and spider. The Grim Reaper knew of the existence of that creature, knew it was also a human being, that changed every full moon, he saw it in his world between reality, time, and space it was a limbo world where he had many oblong looking glasses to see into any time, reality, any dimensional plane any part of time any part of space many galaxies, beyond galaxies, he was the watcher of all, but was never permitted to enter or intrude in any place in time or space. He watched over Crown city in the year 2014, as well as in the year 2024, when, and where Simon had come from, his time was still in turmoil, and he was in the past, gifted with mutant abilities that defied imagination, he was still getting used to his newfound powers, just as Lily was getting used to being out in the daylight, with the sun, she was beginning to tan like all other humans did and and had grown a couple inches since she was becoming more human thanks to Simon and his miracle injections he began to give her. she was even sleeping at night in the bed in her room but she often woke to look at the stars at night for a short while, and to see if the scent of the creature was present in the air. there was no full moon this night so the scent of that creature wasn't in the air, and she was relieved by that, she could sleep now, but in dreams the Reaper had made contact with her and told her to be brave that she would be powerful with the team and gifted her with a small dagger of black with a white stone in the hilt, he also gave her a pair of mystic nunchuks to use as weapons. A new boy had come to the school, his name is Billy, he's a computer whiz kid at 10 years old, he is able to walk through walls and become a living ghost. He and Lily had bonded as friends and worked well together in training sessions. Billy also went to help Simon work in his lab as he understood things of a scientific level being as intelligent as he was, he helped Simon and Mentor redo the whole computer systems and security systems as well, to make them work better than before he was good with everything computer related, he even related to Rima 12 and her small drone robot, he updated the drone's systems so he worked at peak performance, Billy even understood his language and spoke to it by way of the computer he built from parts he found around the mansion. he became friends with all the other team members, even Gabriel. He was so fascinated by his ghost powers, even the other kids were so impressed with what he could do especially with the computers that are used to keep track of the city, and the monitoring systems. The Grim Reaper would talk to him in his dreams and give him an identical dagger like the one Lily had with the white stone in the hilt, he and Lily would train in the use of their weapons of mystic legend. They both became quite adept at using the weapons they were given by the Grim Reaper. He was very impressed by their talents from where he sat looking in on that world in his oblong looking glasses that were part of his in between world beyond reality. He sensed that the coming ascension would change him in some way what he didn't think of is what it could be right now, he could only observe from where he is as the watcher of worlds. Soon another full moon would rise and the man would again become the mutated creature, and he didn't want to go through it again, but he had no choice as he was possessed by this creature thing in him. He didn't want to kill but as he thought before he had no choice. soon the morphing would begin. Lily was uneasy while being outside the mansion enjoying the sun for another day, but she could sense that something was weighing on her mind. She transformed into half human half wolf form and began to sniff around her and she caught the scent again, she went back to human form and ran to find Simon and Mentor in the mansion her fear was evident in her voice as she found Simon with Billy in the lab they all ran to find Mentor he was in his office working on a suit of armor he'd constructed but wasn't finished with it, so he closed the closet he kept it in. He saw Lily was upset, as she explained that she caught the scent of the creature again while she was outside, they had to get the entire team together, but at that moment there was a knock at the door, and Simon went to answer it with Billy following him, they were greeted by Shakar tall and mysterious in his costume, even Simon was impressed with the costume and the man with his air of mystery surrounding him. It wasn't long after, that Cuda on his motorcycle came up the long driveway with his small white dragon following him closely. It landed on his shoulder purring like a cat looking inquisitively around at the surroundings, they had arrived in. where they were supposed to be.
